Demi is an estate planning attorney with Oath in Austin, TX. Demi grew up in Corona, CA but moved to Texas as soon as she could. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Texas with a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science. She continued her education at the University of Tulsa College of Law where she received her J.D. with highest honors. Demi is a member of the Texas Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in the great state of Texas. When Demi is not playing with her two pups, Willow and Ollie, she enjoys reading and spending time with family.

Unlike most of my friends growing up, from a very young age, I knew I was going to be an attorney. I am a born and raised Californian from a large, blended family. Not those Californians you complain about invading Austin, though. I have called Texas my home for almost ten years. Growing up in a blended family had its highs and lows. I was introduced to the court system as a child and decided right then and there I was going to become an attorney to help people's lives for the better. While in law school, I fell in love with both family law and estate planning courses; two areas I knew could affect positive change. I ultimately dove headfirst into the wild world of family law. I spent years lending a helping hand to those in some of the lowest parts of their lives. After so many years, it became difficult to separate my client's struggles from my own and I knew I needed to make a change. It was then that I remembered my estate planning course in law school and decided to continue protecting my client's loved ones and everything they worked so hard for their whole lives, just in a different setting! I am very thankful for the work that I do and truly enjoy getting to know the people in my own community and help them protect what they have worked so hard for!
